About Our Preschool
The Grayslake Cooperative Nursery School was started in 1976 by a group of mothers who were looking for a quality preschool with a focus on socialization and a positive start to the school experience.
Grayslake Cooperative Nursery School has been educating young children in Grayslake and surrounding areas for over 34 years. We are parents and educators dedicated to developing children academically, emotionally, socially and physically in a nurturing, family-focused environment. Our parent involvement makes our school unique. We currently offer classes for for children aged 2 through Kindergarten.
The Cooperative Philosophy
A cooperative preschool operates differently than most other types of preschools. We rely on parent participation to not only make this experience the best for your child, but also for you to be involved in your child's education. Our preschool is designed to have parents and staff working together to provide children with the best preschool experience possible.

We still have openings in classes for the second half of the 2011-2012 school year. Also, registration is in progress for the 2012-13 school year.
